What you people think about CotM? In the Wikipedia article, one of the explanations would be the dark graphics, hard to see on original GBA, but today obviously isn't a problem anymore. The reviews at time of release were very good in general, but more recent reviews (after the MV renaissance) are mostly negative. While it's not as far so good as SotN or AoS, I found it better than Harmony of Dissonance and even Dawn of Sorrow. Then I started to play and it have been very amusing! The graphics are somewhat outdated, but it have a fantastic soundtrack and a well-balanced gameplay. ![]() I even read somewhere that Igarashi himself retconned part of the lore, ignoring the events in CotM. Recently I decided to play all the MV Castlevanias, and left Circle of the Moon to the end due some critics and reviews, where it is classified as "mediocre" or "irrelevant". ![]()
